You should also spend a few minutes to know what is in the products that you put on your skin because what the product is made of can improve your skin.

Sadly, it can also harm it.

I began my personal journey into essential oils and homemade skin products when I realized that most of the face and body products I was buying at the store included ingredients that I couldn’t even read, much less understand. Long strings of 10-20 characters that included hyphens and numbers.

Even the products that claimed to be all-natural or hypoallergenic.

Here is a quick guide to 5 essential oils that we believe are essential to help support healthy skin.
